ᐅ What do I need to play with this ferries?

• Virtual Mariner is a ferries' database for the game «Vehicle Simulator» and the new «Virtual Sailor NG»

ᐅ How can I pay the items?

• We use paypal, the most secure payment method.

ᐅ Can I pay with Credit Card?

• Of course you can, with paypal you can choose to pay with your credit card without any registration.

ᐅ Can I ask for refund?

• No, when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely.

ᐅ At the checkout the amount it is different from the price lable, why?

• Maybe some problem with our system occured. Please email us at: digitalvision@email.it

ᐅ I have lost all my purchases, can I ask all the download link again?

• No, we send one link only after the purchase. We suggest you to make a backup of your files.

ᐅ Why is the download link no more available?

• The link will be automatically removed after one download.

ᐅ When will I receive my purchase?

• We will send you the item within 24h after purchase. Please don't ask before that time.

ᐅ Where do I receive the download link?

• We will send you the download link to your paypal email.

ᐅ I did not receive the download link after 24h. What can I do?

• Maybe some problem with our system occured. Please email us at: digitalvision@email.it

ᐅ How can I open the file after downloaded?

• The file has the .7zip extension. You can use 7zip, Winrar, Winzip ecc. to open It.

ᐅ How can I ask for a model update?

• If the model you bought has been updated, you can ask the new version for free. Send us the payment receipt by email or through our Facebook page. If you can not find the receipt, tell us your payment email, we will check for you.

ᐅ I just bought a ship. Where do I have to insert the folder?

• You have to copy the ship's folder into the game directory. All vehicles are located in: Your Local Disk/Vehicle Simulator/Vehicles.

ᐅ I just bought a port. Where do I have to insert the folder?

• You have to copy all the port's files (not the folder) into a desired scenery. All sceneries are located in: Your Local Disk/Vehicle Simulator/Scenery.

ᐅ How can I install a port?

• Once you have copied all the port's files (not the folder) into a scenery, follow the guide we sent you along with the file.

ᐅ How can I open or close the ramps?

• In 2021 in our new projects we introduced the animation method. You have to click on "Ctrl+A" to open the starboard Ramp and "G" to open the left ramp. (If It's available) To open/close the garage with the old method use the "PagUp" and "PagDown" keys, to open/close the ramps use the "Ins" and "Canc" Buttons. You will see the information regarding the used method on the read-me file inside the ship.

ᐅ The ships' ramps are in the wrong position, how can I fix this? (valide for the old method only)

• That's "normal". To fix this issue, press the key "A", then unflag the option "Sail". You can now move the ramps with the mouse in the right position.

ᐅ I cannot find the bridge or the interiors, is there any file missing?

• No, for weight reasons, our ships don't have interiors. We prefer make as much detail as possible on the exterior bridges.

ᐅ Transparent lights on the model are not working, how can I fix this?

• Go to Vehicle Option and enable the "Full Color" Option. Then close and restart the game to apply the change.
